Well… That Escalated.

This piece began simply.

I was looking for a painting that fit a specific space and realized I didn’t have what I wanted.

So I painted it.

What started as a solution quickly became something more layered ...thick texture, intuitive color choices, and florals that refused to stay contained. The process unfolded naturally, without a plan, and the painting found its own presence along the way.

Well… That Escalated.

An original floral painting created in my Missouri studio during a season of paying attention ... to space, to instinct, and to what shows up when you stop overthinking and start listening.
