Welcome to Raine Gardens and Rainy Day Vintage, LLC.
By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both of us—your trust matters deeply to me, and I believe in keeping things clear, kind, and honest.
Product Information
All items listed are described as accurately as possible. Each product—whether it’s a one-of-a-kind canvas, a reimagined furniture piece, or a creative supply—is handmade or artistically curated. Slight variations, vintage character, and artistic imperfections are part of what makes each piece special.
Colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings, lighting, or monitor. I’m always happy to provide more photos or details before purchase.
Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at checkout and processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. I reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines vary depending on the type of item:

Small or mid-size items (like canvas art or prints) are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and include tracking.

Furniture and large artwork are delivered by a trusted white-glove courier. Delivery may take 2–8 weeks depending on location and route availability.

Local pickup from my studio in Noel, Missouri is available by appointment.

Returns & Refunds
All original artwork and furniture pieces are final sale.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of my work, I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged in shipping.
Creative kits or supplies that arrive damaged must be reported within 3 business days, along with photos of the damage, to be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Custom Work Terms
I offer custom work on a limited basis, including furniture refinishing and a small number of canvas commissions each year.
To begin any custom piece:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place and cover materials

All deposits are non-refundable

The remaining balance is due in full upon completion
Pickup & Storage Terms
Once your custom piece is finished:

You must arrange pickup or delivery within 14 days

If no arrangements are made, a storage fee of $10 per day will begin on day 15

If no contact is made within 30 days, payments will be considered forfeited, and the item may be resold at my discretion
I’m always willing to work with you if something unexpected happens. Communication matters—if you stay in touch, I’ll always do my best to find a solution that works for both of us.
Communication & Email Consent
By purchasing or signing up for email updates, you agree to receive messages about your order, new product releases, or occasional studio updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the footer of any email.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, product descriptions, images, blog content, and creative materials on this site are the property of Raine Gardens and Rainy Day Vintage, LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any damages beyond the purchase price of the product. This includes delays in shipping, third-party delivery issues, or website errors.

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in offerings, policies, or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.
