The Blooming Hours was inspired by a simple memory ... the green water pitcher my mom always kept in the fridge, full of cold water and ready for anyone who walked through the door. It wasn’t fancy, but it was faithful. Steady. Quiet. The kind of everyday care that said more than words ever could.

When I painted this piece, I started with that memory ... the shape of the pitcher, the color of her calm. The flowers came later, layered with light and reflection. It became a way of remembering her, and the grace she lived by, one brushstroke at a time.
