I could paint there for hours while she watched, told me stories about her life, and occasionally fussed when I decided something wasn't quite good enough. A couple of times, I even woke to find a note she'd left beside a painting telling me not to touch it…it was finished.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThese paintings have remained with me as my work has grown and changed.
